What counts as a small move?
Anything from a single couch, mattress or dresser up to a few pieces of furniture and a handful of boxes. If you're looking at it thinking "that's not enough to call a mover about" — that's exactly the job we want.
Do I have to be there for the pickup?
Not usually. As long as the seller or the storage facility knows we're coming and the item is accessible, we can collect it on your behalf and message you when it's loaded. You just need to be around for the drop-off.
Where does the furniture you dispose of end up?
We take it away so you don't have to deal with it — no dragging a mattress to the curb and hoping. TODO Confirm with the client exactly where disposal items go (dump, donation, or both) so this answer can be specific.
